What is Not Covered

  • Jewelry that has been damaged as a result of excessive or abusive treatment.
  • Repairs performed by any other jeweler will void this warranty.
  • Theft, loss, or loss of stones over 1/4 carat.
  • Return shipping is not covered by this plan.
