Virtual Fit is a proprietary technology we use to custom fit your engagement ring to our ring enhancements. This ensures that your TwoBirch ring guard, ring wrap, or curved ring fits around your existing band perfectly, whether you got it from us or not.

 

You can order our Virtual Fit kit online or grab a ruler and white sheet of paper. All you have to do is measure your ring according to our instructions, take specific photos of your ring against a white sheet of paper, and then send along the measurements and photos to [email protected]. Our jewelers will produce a resin model and have it ready within 7 to 10 days!

Flexible Payments

While TwoBirch specializes in offering customers beautiful fine jewelry at reasonable prices, we make sure that we do everything to make sure that money doesn’t stand between you and the perfect piece. Warranty

TwoBirch provides a free one-year warranty that covers defects due to workmanship or material imperfections. You can also purchase an extended three-year warranty that also covers damage as a result of normal wear and tear. The extended warranty also comes with a plethora of perks like inspection, cleaning, and refurbishment twice throughout the warranty, sizing, replacement of missing stones up to a quarter carat, ring guard connector bar repairs, adjustments of ring enhancers to fit your ring, and more. Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping through USPS for our U.S. customers, who can also take advantage of USPS priority or FedEx Overnight for $6 and $30, respectively. For our international customers, we offer International Priority USPS for $20 and International Express USPS for $40. Domestic shipments will be made between three to ten business days while international orders will take at seven to ten.

Return Policy

We want to drive the point home that the thing we care the most about is that you absolutely love the jewelry you purchase from us. If that’s not the case, we have return policies in place like our 30-day No Questions Asked return policy. Whether you’re not happy with the product or simply changed your mind, you can send the piece back for a full refund, which we are usually able to process within 48 to 72 hours.
