TwoBirch Returns Policy
We have a 30-day No Questions Asked return policy. From the day you receive your item you have 30 days to return or exchange it. If for any reason you are not happy with our product or you simply change your mind, we will refund 100% of the purchase price.
Terms and Conditions
- Shipping charges will not be refunded. Additional services and fees incurred will not be refunded.
- You must return items in unused condition with all original packaging and materials included. ‘Unused condition’ means that the return tag is still attched and that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes, nor any other damage(s) on the item, and that it has not been sized or altered in any way from anyone other than Twobirch.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost on returns.
- If the return tag is removed the item is not eligible for return & refund.
- We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.
- Package the item in a box or padded envelope. Do not use paper envelopes as they may rip during postal processing. We recommend insuring your return packages as we are not responsible for any returns that are damaged or lost in transit. Items may be returned via USPS, FedEx, DHL or UPS.
- At the bottom of the invoice sent to you with the item there is a 'Merchandise Return Form" you can fill. If you no longer have the invoice, simply include a note with your full name, address and the reason for the return. Add the form\note to the return package.

We process refunds in a timely manner. The time it takes for a refund to be reflected can vary depending on the credit card company or bank. Most refunds take 48 to 72 business hours to show up on your account. However, some banks take 1 to 2 billing cycles to reflect the refund. Please check with your credit card company to be sure they have received the refund.
