We offer three easy options when it comes to paying for your fine jewelry. New jewelry owners can choose from paying in full, financing with our partnership with Affirm, monthly installments with Split It, or a lease program with Progressive!

There is no credit check required with the monthly installments or lease program options, and an easy application when it comes to financing. Options can be chosen at checkout!

Made to Order with Quick Processing/Shipping:

All of our items are made-to-order and take only  7 to 10 business days to process and manufacture from the date the order was placed. If you need something rushed, don’t hesitate to let us know! We’ll get a real team member in touch with you, no automated messaging systems, here.

The average international shipping time is 7 to 14 business days. Customers may incur customs or duty fees depending for international orders, we are United States-based.

Easy Returns:

Jewelry-making and designing is what we do. Our pride and joy lies with knowing there are thousands of happy customers wearing their pieces for a lifetime.

We do our very best to provide our customers with beautiful, quality products that they’ll enjoy. On rare occasions, items can become damaged in transit. If you receive an item that is missing a stone or has been damaged in some way, please contact us at support@twobirch.com. Our goal is to give you the best product possible, each and every time.

Safe Product Warranty:

We include a free one-year product warranty on all Two Birch jewelry. This means defects due to workmanship or material quality are completely covered by us.  While wear and tear damages aren’t covered, we offer an extended warranty for only $60 that includes most issues.

Even Better Return Policy:

We have a 30-day No Questions Asked return policy. From the day you receive your item you have 30 days to return or exchange it. If for any reason you are not happy with our product or you simply change your mind, we will refund 100% of the purchase price.
